Las dimensiones de una silla de ruedas estándar son: Las dos ruedas trasera de 60 cm de diámetro y las dos ruedas delanteras de unos 20 centímetros.  Ancho total de la silla acostumbra a ser de unos entre 50 y 70 cm.
